Electronic Registration

this year the Oldsmar Falcons are pleased to announce that we have gone completely electronic for REGISTRATION and the developers have finalized our new system!

ALL cheerleaders (and players) need to be formally registered in our NEW system. This replaces any online registrations previously submitted from the Falcons Website.  To register online follow the directions below:

Go to: https://everysport.net/tbxsf/Registration/Falcons.aspx

  1. Scroll down to approx mid page and you will see multiple registration payment options. Decide which option is best for you and click on the Add to Cart (or Learn More).

  2. **NOTE: If you have already paid in full for Spring, please just choose the “Pay by Check Option” when to that section.

  3. You will be asked to Sign In or Create an Account. Please record your password for future use. If you have forgotten your password, just click on the link "I forgot my password" and your password will be emailed to you.

  4. Next you will be asked to review and agree to a variety of league Waivers and Agreements. These are required.

  5. Complete Parent Information section. You will only have to do this one time. For future registrations, you can update the information.

  6. Choose the number of children that you are registering for football and/or cheerleading.

  7. Complete Player Information for all children registering.

  8. Next you will be taken to the Shopping Cart and Payment screen.

  9. Once you have reviewed your registrations on the Your Shopping Basket page, click on the orange Begin Secure Checkout button to finalize your transaction.

  10. Please verify your billing information (you may make edits if necessary).

    NOTE: If you feel that you need to change an item on a previous page, feel free click on the "Back" button of your browser.

  11. Choose your payment type.

    1. If paying by credit card, click Pay by Credit Card button. Forms of payment accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover

    2. Select your card type from the drop-down list; enter your credit card number in the space provided below the type; then select your expiration date from the drop-down list.

    3. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of this page to advance to the final screen.

      NOTE: If you are paying by cash or check, please select that option here. If you have already paid in full for Spring, please just choose the “Pay by Check Option”.

  12. Lastly, click on the orange Place Order button to complete your transaction. You will also have the opportunity to make changes to your order on this screen by clicking on the blue Edit Order button.

Important Notes:

* Your registration fee will be shown on your credit card statement as "Youth Sports Registration".

* If you provided your email address when you setup your new account, the system will send your receipt to you when you have completed the registration process. In addition, your receipt will also be displayed on the screen when your order is completed, which you can print out for your own personal records. If you are not able to print out your receipt, or you failed to receive your receipt by email, please contact our Registrar or assistance.

* If you are new to the Falcon;s Family, please bring a copy of each player/cheerleaders birth certificate to our Registrar to complete the registration process.
